About Specialized Surface Renewal
Renewal, not replacement, for homes and businesses in Northwest North Carolina.
Specialized Surface Renewal is a woman and veteran owned business serving Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Caldwell, Watauga and Wilkes counties. We clean, renew and protect the surfaces around your property: cedar and stone roofs, specialty and deck wood, concrete, stone and masonry, pavers, asphalt and decorative floors.
We are your neighbors. We live, work and shop right here in the area we serve, so the homes and businesses we work on are part of our own community. We are a new company, but not new to this work. Our team brings more than 20 years of experience in these services, we carry extensive coverage for your peace of mind and protection, and our services come with satisfaction guarantees and warranties of up to 5 years.
Why renewal
Most worn surfaces are not failed surfaces. Faded wood, stained concrete and weathered stone can often be brought back and protected for a fraction of what replacing them costs, and without the waste.
What we do not do
We are not a fire, water or storm damage company. Our work is renewing surfaces worn down by weather and time. If you need disaster cleanup, call your insurer or a disaster restoration company.
