Who we are
Specialized Surface Renewal (“we,” “us”) is a surface renewal and flooring business serving Northwest North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through ssrenewal.com and how we use it. You can reach us at (828) 434-3707.
Information you give us
When you send a quote request, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, a description of your project and photos. We use it only to respond to your request, give you a quote and do the work if you hire us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects basic usage information, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies from Google.
Advertising and measurement
We use Google Ads. The Google tag on our site lets us measure whether our ads lead to quote requests (conversion measurement) and lets Google show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing). Google may use cookies for this. You can manage how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of many ad networks at optout.aboutads.info. Learn more in Google’s advertising policy.
Who handles your information
Quote requests go through Formspree, a form service that delivers them to us. Google provides the advertising and measurement tools described above. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as needed to respond to you, do the work and keep normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by calling (828) 434-3707. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may work differently.
Children
Our site is meant for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
